intimidating process. There is a lot of information

to organize at once. It can make you anxious,

but we're here to help. Start with the basics!

Not sure how to handle all the info?

Below is a form with most of the basic questions

you'll need to ask, and answer yourself. Once you have oranized the foundation of your event,

we will assist in manifesting your idea, into reality!

Once the form is filled out here's what our follow up communication will look like:

Discuss event title (if you haven't decided yet)
Work together on developing infographics for social media
Setting a realistic schedule for your goal
Organizing stream (if you're not doing one)
Collecting highlights & match footage

Registration fee covers graphic design, and event management processing.

Any profit from entry fees collected is yours to keep.

Please scale your event in accordance to the dollar amount you're giving away to players for prizes, and the registration fee.

Advertise on social media based on marketing budget
Manage any fraudulent behavior accordingly

I acknowledge the obligations of hosting an event such as this, and willfully will forfeit property and or finances as prizes for this event.

Any information collected during this event will be destroyed immediately after any and all necessary transactions have concluded.
