1st Annual Hi-Five Tournament
The Hi-Five Tournament is a new Rocket League competitive tournament for all players in the North American region. The concept of the tournament evolved from Delirious1’s realization of the Hi-five and low-five accolades in game. Players play in teams of two, and each goal they get earns them points. However, if the team mates manage to bump each other after the goal, they get a MASSIVE bonus for getting a hi-five/lo-five accolade. There will be 6 teams competing for prizes including a $200 cash pool.
What is a
Hi-Five/lo-five Accolade?
These are accolades in the game Rocket League. A hi-five occurs when a goal is made, and the team mates bump into each other above back post height. A low-five accolade occurs when a goal is made, and the team mates bump into each other on the ground, or below the net.

Lost immediately?
With the Hi-Five Tournament this will not be an issue. The losing team with the most amount of points in Round One will be matched up against the losers of the first match of Round two. So even if your team loses in the first 2 rounds, you have a chance at redemption!
How can you track hi/low fives?
An icon will be displayed on the top right feed where demos, goals and saves are displayed. This will make it easy to track the accolades achieved, opposed to the judges simply watching the gameplay.
